we are a team of software engineers, sound designers, and dreamers, setting out to change the way live audio is processed and delivered.
our mission is to revolutionise live audio, making it more efficient, accessible, and extraordinary for everyone.
Currently, the vast majority of the world’s live audio is processed using bulky, bespoke hardware, toured around the world. This is expensive and inefficient, increasing the cost of live audio for both the engineer and the venue, and the production’s environmental impact. We are bringing the software revolution to live audio: building a hardware-enabled audio software platform that enables engineers to create extraordinary audience experiences for the events of the future, while reducing the environmental impact of brilliant sound.

gareth owen
co-founder & chief creative officer
Gareth is one of the best musical theatre sound designers and engineers in the world. His shows include the biggest productions in London and on Broadway, and it is estimated that over forty million people have heard his work live – not just in theatres, but with artists including The Rolling Stones and Bon Jovi. Gareth has won the Olivier and Tony award for Sound Design four times, and been nominated another six times, as well as receiving over fifty other awards around the world. In 2022, he received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Salford.
elliot sinclair
head of sales
Since graduating from LIPA, Elliot has worked as a sound and communications engineer across theatre, broadcast, and Formula 1. In his spare time, he enjoys watching live music, following football, and occasionally attempting to run long distances!
ben evans
operations manager
Ben has worked as a live sound engineer for over 20 years – predominantly in musical theatre, both in London’s West End and internationally.
Segued by a few years sailing around the world, he then joined the Royal Albert Hall as part of the founding team that brought audio ‘in-house’ – leading a large team of engineers in facilitating the audio solution for the 300+ shows per year.
Life is equally busy at home, with 3 boys, DJing at the PTA school disco’s and coaching kids football…!
ross paterson
product specialist
Ross started out as an audio engineer and electronic engineer with a master’s degree from the University of York. With nearly a decade of experience in live sound, he has worked as part of audio teams for global touring acts. He also spent time as a product test engineer at DiGiCo, contributing to the development of the Quantum consoles. Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing basketball, though his jump shot is still a work in progress.
michael williamson
principal engineer
hector bennett
software engineer
arunas cesonis
software engineer
Arunas is far too busy engineering our software to write a bio. Maybe one day we can tear him away from coding to write a bit about himself -although to be honest we’d rather keep him working!
eira fransham
software engineer
Software and music have been Eira’s two biggest interests for as long as they can remember, and they have worked to combine those interests for many years – both professionally and personally. Formerly of Elektron and Ableton, they come mostly from a background of music hardware, and they’ve worked as an audio technician and built audio-visual installations using creative coding techniques. In their spare time, they moonlight as a music producer and live artist.
tom mann
software engineer
Tom has over a decade of experience in systems and software engineering. With an educational background in Physics, he has worked with autonomous and distributed defence systems internationally. This led to him being the co-author of the BSI and NATO standard in this field. Being a father to a young boy, he has little time or energy left at the end of the day, but enjoys trying to finish the endless side-projects he loves starting.
