Fourier Audio Announces New Hires and Management Changes

Ben Evans and Ross Paterson join the brand as Operations Manager and Product Specialist as Pete Bridgman takes the helm as CEO
Announcement
LONDON – March 2025 – In response to the ongoing success and growth of Fourier Audio, the company is expanding with the addition of two new employees: Ben Evans, who has been appointed to the post of Operations Manager, and Ross Paterson, who now serves as Product Specialist. The announcement comes as Fourier Audio Co-founder and former CTO Pete Bridgman steps into the role of CEO.
Ben Evans, Fourier Audio’s new Operations Manager, joins the company from the venerable Royal Albert Hall, where he managed the founding team that brought audio “in-house,” leading a large group of engineers in facilitating audio solutions for the 300-plus shows there per year. Prior to that, Evans has accrued decades of live sound engineering experience, predominantly in musical theatre, but also in other live audio genres. His main role with Fourier Audio will be to manage the busy day-to-day operations of the company, alongside developing relationships with plugin manufacturers across the industry.
Product Specialist Ross Paterson started out as an audio engineer and electronic engineer having studied for a Master’s degree from University of York. He has worked on audio crews with global touring acts as well as a product test engineer at DiGiCo, contributing to the development of the Quantum Range of consoles. In his new position, Ross is now working closely with the engineering, support, and sales teams to continue the successful development and deployment of Fourier Audio products.
In addition to these two appointments – as well as the news that Pete Bridgman is now CEO – Fourier Audio reports that Elliot Sinclair has been internally promoted to Head of Sales, while Michael Williamson has been promoted to Principal Software Engineer.
“Heading into the 2025 touring and festival season, we’re humbled by the number of engineers and sound companies that are quickly standardising on transform.engine as their premier plugin platform of choice,” says Bridgman. “To ensure that we’re keeping up with the increasing customer demand, we’ve restructured and expanded our team. Both Ben and Ross are fantastic additions to Fourier Audio and will be instrumental as our company continues to grow.”
Fourier Audio, acquired by console manufacturer DiGiCo in 2023, firmly made its mark on the live production world with last year’s launch of the transform.engine, a Dante-connected server designed to run VST3-native software plugins in a live environment, bringing premium studio software to live sound and broadcast applications. At the 2025 NAMM Show this past January, the company rolled out its transform.suite ’25, a companion software bundle that brings together more than 70 plugins from the world’s top studio processing developers.
“Fourier Audio continues to fire on all pistons under the very capable direction of Pete as CEO,” adds DiGiCo Managing Director Austin Freshwater. “Co-founder Gareth Owen, of course, remains onboard as CCO, while Elliot and Michael have both ‘leveled up’ to best accommodate the brand’s explosive growth – especially now that the transform.suite ’25 is available. These are exciting times, indeed!”
