Fourier Audio is revolutionising the way audiences experience audio by reinventing the tools used by designers to shape sound for live productions. We’re making products that rip up the rulebook of live audio processing – allowing sound engineers and designers to work in dramatically more creative ways.

We’re a small team working within one of the industry’s most exciting entertainment technology groups, looking for passionate individuals driven by a desire to deliver seriously excellent products to sound engineers and creatives around the world. We believe in “freedom & responsibility”; working with excellent people and letting them be excellent.

the role

You’ll:

  • Facilitate the team’s business operations as we grow, combining commercial, organisational, and interpersonal skills across a flexible and wide-ranging brief to maximise productivity of the team, and help us execute on our vision of delivering the world’s best audio products.
  • Champion Fourier Audio products, including transform.engine .
  • Hold product management responsibility for transform.suite, overseeing its future direction and operational processes.
  • Build and develop commercial relationships with third parties including plugin developers and other manufacturers, and run the administration of contracts and payments with them.
  • Facilitate (and where necessary execute) administrative processes across the business, including processing employee expense reporting and becoming the Data Officer, overseeing all customer data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and contractors to develop and coordinate our online presence and social media strategy.
  • Working with the Head of Sales, manage our presence at marketing events such as tradeshows and product launches, ensuring a compelling and engaging experience for customers.
  • Work with our end-user support team to integrate resources across the group and our distribution network, maintain an overview of support cases, and manage and assist with escalations where necessary.
  • Collaborate with our factory teams to support manufacturing and returns processes, liaising with R&D teams as required.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Soho office, working with the landlord and council as necessary.
  • Be a central point of contact for group-wide communications, and support the CEO in enabling conversations about current and future product developments.
  • Facilitate and manage logistical arrangements across the distributed team as required.
  • Plan and organise team away-days and company socials.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the sales, R&D and support teams (including occasional distributor / user site visits) as required.

You’re likely a great fit if you have some of the following:

  • Experience in working within the creative technology industry; be that as an engineer, a creative or in manufacturing.
  • A flair for commercial negotiation and developing effective commercial relationships.
  • A love of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A passion for music, audio, or the entertainment industry.

We imagine you’ll find yourself contemplating questions like:

  • How do we get in the door with a potential commercial partner who doesn’t seem interested?
  • How quickly can we get a support team to a customer in a field in Brazil?
  • What is the best way to get someone to agree with you?
